I’m Jillene Potter — a Registered Nurse with 28 years of ICU experience who became a Functional Nutritionist and Functional Hormone Specialist after realizing that women in midlife weren’t being given real answers.

My own health journey and years of watching patients struggle showed me that symptoms like fatigue, weight gain, bloating, anxiety, and irregular cycles were often brushed off as “normal” or “just aging.”

I wanted better for myself and for my clients. So I dove deep into advanced functional training in gut health, hormone physiology, GI-MAP analysis, DUTCH hormone testing, and blood chemistry interpretation.

Today, I blend my medical background with root-cause functional approaches to help women understand why their symptoms are happening — and what their bodies need to heal.

My mission is to help midlife women understand their bodies, balance their hormones, and feel like themselves again — with clarity, confidence, and a plan that actually works.
